The thing most people don’t understand is that there are so many variables involved when trying to make major changes to your body.

Your daily routine, lifestyle, habits, stress levels, likes and dislikes, are just as important as exercise selection and order, sets, reps, rest periods, cardio intensity and times, food quality, macronutrient ratios, etc.

Most people just don’t have the time or the experience to know how to put everything together and how to make the proper adjustments in order to get the results they want.
