Hey, what’s up everyone? My name is David Varvaro, I’m the founder and creator of Get Ripped Naturally, your complete guide to getting ripped without steroids, crazy workouts, or extreme dieting.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Unlike a lot of online trainers and fitness “experts” you find on social media these days, I have real world experience getting results, not just for myself but for other people.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped thousands of people transform their bodies and lives through my private personal training studios. Like most of my clients, I had to go through my own fitness transformation.
When I was in my twenties, I was a nightclub promoter which led to a very unhealthy lifestyle. I stayed up late, partied too much, smoked, drank, and rarely stepped foot in the gym. It eventually caught up to me as you can see in my “before” picture below.
After hitting the most unhealthy point in my life, I decided to make a change. I started learning everything I could about fitness, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Although it took a lot of trial and error, I was able to lose nearly 40 lbs and finally get that “ripped” look I always wanted.
It eventually led me to the point of going back to school to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and opening up my own personal training studios.
Owning my own personal training studios and working with so many different people from all walks of life taught me my greatest lessons about getting results for other people.
People are busy. They don’t have the time to work out all day or follow complicated diet programs. They also don’t want to resort to extreme measures. If things are too hard or difficult to do, most people just won’t do them.
Now, as a dad with two young children, I don’t have time to spend countless hours in the gym either.
I’m also not so young anymore (I’m 47) and want to enjoy my life. This means eating out at restaurants, going to BBQs and birthday parties, having a few beers, and not being on some restrictive diet. At the same time, I want to be in the best shape possible.
This is why I am constantly researching and testing to find the quickest, easiest, and most effective methods to get results that don’t require extreme measures.
